Latte:
- 2 Shots Espresso (recommend Campfire Smore's or Breakfast Blend)
- 1 tbsp Honey
- 1 tbsp white chocolate sauce
- 1/2 cup Milk of choice (Whole Milk, Breve, Oat Milk ect)
Cold Foam:
- 3 tbsp Heavy Cream
- 2 tbsp Milk
- 1/2 tbsp Vanilla coffee syrup
Directions:
- pour Honey, White Chocolate sauce into your cup
- pour hot espresso shots into cup
- mix until honey and white chocolate are dissolved fully (you can use a spoon or an electric coffee whisk if you have one)
- slowly pour milk of choice into cup (no fancy pouring necessary)
- in a separate cup or milk pitcher mix your cold foam ingredients and whisk with an electric coffee whisk for at least 2 minutes (if you don't have an electric whisk, you can use a shaker cup for a similar result)
- Once Cold foam is to your desired texture and thickness pour slowly on top of your latte.
